Changes to Medicare in 2012
Just as every beginning of a year brings a new change; in 2012, Medicare insurance brought some fruitful changes which can undoubtedly help in resolving health related problems at cost effective rates. The whole Medicare program is divided into several parts and each part yields different benefits for the policy holder. Where Medicare Part A helps in covering the costs of hospital services and Part B covers the services related to physicians, Part C is inclusive of Medicare Advantage insurance as it includes both A and B coverage, but most of the time prescription drug coverage is needed.
In addition to all these there is one more, which is considered to be the most important in terms of coverage, the part D plan. Part D stands alone to cover the prescription drug coverage.
